As the first meal of the day at the moment of waking up, breakfast became established in France by the 19th century. Becoming one of the most important meals of the day, if it hasn’t always been, you can expect the Aigle Noir to make it a special event during your stay. Our hotel pays particular attention to this gourmet moment of the day, and you can expect to sample some brilliant products.

The breakfast room is especially bright and pleasant, but you can also enjoy the first meal of the day in the comfort of your room (additional fee applies).

Here are some of the delicious things on the menu – pastries; cereal; fresh fruit; cheese; cold meats; smoked fish; English/American breakfasts with bacon, baked beans, hash browns and sausages; scrambled, fried and boiled eggs; omelettes; a selection of teas and coffee; yoghurts; and a range of organic, local, gluten-free and vegan products.

Note that pets are not allowed in the dining areas for hygiene reasons.
